Les is one of the very few Australian artists to have enjoyed a tattoo career spanning an incredible 58 years – and as his current clientele will attest, he just keeps getting better.
As one of Australia’s most awarded artists, Les is responsible for not only developing some of the nation’s best artists, but also for helping elevate tattooing to an admired art form. Les personally trained both Dan and Tanya, and remains instrumental in the quality of much of the custom art that Second Skin is famous for.
Les has received worldwide accolades such as The National Tattoo Association Lifetime Achievement Award and membership with the exclusive Japan Tattoo Club, making him one of the world’s most sought-after tattooists.
